Landscaping & Yard Care Resources Design Review ProcessThe Design Review Board is scheduled to meet every Friday at 9 am at the management office, Rizzetta & Company, Inc. 5844 Old Pasco Road Wesley Chapel, FL Regular meetings are canceled if no applications are scheduled to be reviewed. Homeowners wishing to attend a regular Friday morning meeting should call 813-994-1001 to find out if the meeting has been canceled. The DRB also will schedule official meetings upon request from any homeowner as long as proper notice can be furnished to other members of the association. Community AdministrationThe Meadow Pointe III Homeowners Association administers the deed restrictions accepted by all property owners in Meadow Pointe III and IV. If you have a concern about the deed restrictions or architectural control, please contact the management company at 813-994-1001. The gates, clubhouses, streets, street lights, trash collection, pools, parkland, ponds and landscaping in the common areas are managed by the Meadow Pointe III Community Development District and the Meadow Pointe IV Community Development District.
